Product & Technology Updates
- Banking Tech Awards: In June, Grasshopper won the award for “Best Use of Tech in Business Banking” at the Banking Tech Awards USA, recognizing our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform for its innovation and impact in the business banking sector.
- Debit Card Activation: In May, we enhanced our card management app to enable small business and startup clients to activate their debit card directly in online and mobile banking.
- Debit Card Pin Changes: PIN change capabilities were also added to card management, providing small business and startup clients with even greater convenience and security.
- Recent Wires: Business Online Banking users can now see the status of their recent domestic wire(s) that have been initiated in online and mobile banking.
- Face ID Enhancements: Login credentials will also no longer be required for Business Online Banking users after their iPhone Face ID settings have been saved.
Partnership & Marketplace Updates
- Levy – We partnered with Levy to allow startup clients to reclaim their time with expert outsourced operations, so they can focus on what matters most – scaling and growing their business. Companies in our network get 15% off their first month.
- Constant Contact – We partnered with Constant Contact to help small business clients step up their digital marketing game with features ranging from email marketing and automation to eCommerce integrations, SMS to social and CRM. Grasshopper clients get 15% off all paid plans when they use our referral link.
- Boopos – Lastly, we partnered with Boopos to offer streamlined, non-dilutive business acquisition loans for small and medium-sized online businesses. Through our partnership, Grasshopper clients receive free advisory sessions, free valuations and insights, plus a dedicated M&A advisor to provide support during the deal.
