Product & Technology Updates
- Transactional SMS Alerts: We introduced SMS alerts to deliver real-time notifications about account security, transactions, and important updates directly to our clients’ phones, allowing them to stay informed, stay secure, and stay connected with critical information at their fingertips, wherever they are.
- Help Center: We revamped our Help Center, which now features a modern, fresh design that reflects the Grasshopper brand. The updated interface offers user-friendly navigation, making it easier than ever for clients to find the information they need.
- Commercial Roadmap: As a premier digital bank, we are focused on delivering high-quality online banking to our clients, including those with complex needs. We have launched a variety of improvements from aggregation of multiple businesses under one user to improved user management, all with the goal of creating a best in class platform that can serve large commercial enterprises.
Partnership & Marketplace Updates
- Sky Systemz – We teamed up with Sky Systemz, a leading payment processing provider, to empower small businesses, startups and commercial enterprises with merchant services, allowing them to accept credit cards and other forms of electronic payments in-person or online. Through this partnership, Grasshopper clients receive exclusive benefits, including a lifetime 10% discount on processing fees. ➜
- EnFi – We’ve partnered with EnFi, an AI-driven risk management decisioning and monitoring platform for the private credit and lending space, to develop advanced credit analysis and risk monitoring solutions to boost our operational efficiency and allow us to focus even more on delivering forward-thinking digital banking solutions for our clients. ➜
- AAA – We announced that we entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire Auto Club Trust, a federally chartered savings bank and subsidiary of The Auto Club Group (“ACG”) – the second largest AAA Club in North America. Once the transaction is finalized, Grasshopper will be the exclusive bank powering depository and certain lending offerings to more than 13 million AAA members in ACG’s 14 state-territory. ➜
